This week I started on a commission for two baby quilts.
I showed my customer these four pics (not my makes), secretly hoping she’d pick the two I really wanted to make… and guess what? She did!
She chose the Four-Patch(top right) and the Disappearing Nine-Patch(bottom left). Both are patterns I’ve never done so I’m looking forward to seeing them finished and sharing w/you. Stay tuned.
In other news, Mr. PeePotty sales are good too. I’m currently working on an order for 35 of them! In the words of an awesome quilter/blogger friend, Sarah of Confessions of a Fabric Addict, “Paying Work Rocks”!
It’s that time again. What have you been stitchin’ up?

A Thread for Life
Good Good Father
Oh, I’ve heard a thousand stories
of what they think you’re like
But I’ve heard the tender whisper
of love in the dead of night
And you tell me that you’re pleased
And that I’m never alone
Oh, and I’ve seen many searching
for answers far and wide
But I know we’re all searching
For answers only you provide
Cause you know just what we need
Before we say a word
Oh, it’s love so undeniable
I, I can hardly speak
Peace so unexplainable
I, I can hardly think
As You call me deeper still
Into love, love, love
You’re a good good Father
It’s who You are, it’s who You are, it’s who You are
And I’m loved by You
It’s who I am, it’s who I am, it’s who I am
You are perfect in all of Your ways
