Finished & Gifted

Is it too soon to say this year is flying by? Because it is! And I’m keeping up w/it, making steady progress on my Quilty Project Lineup!

First things first, the barter. I love the barter system!

I got this stunning new wreath…

in exchange for these 2 pillow shams and sweetheart pillow. It goes so well w/the other room decor.

I finished baby girl’s quilt. She should be making her debut any day now.

This Quilts Beyond Borders charity quilt has been sent off and my name has been put in the hat for a monthly drawing.

Even though my great niece’s b-day isn’t until the end of April, I couldn’t wait any longer to send this to her. Look at her smile!

Oh! AND baby boy’s quilt is already a flimsy! I really enjoyed working w/Tumblers. They go together so quickly!

Scrappy Trips progress isn’t looking too shabby either. I made 32 more strip sets.

AND…I turned 2 orphan blocks into placemats and made block #4 of the Build-A-Quilt by Quilting Is My Therapy.

I’ve been very productive!

Thanks for stopping by. Until next time. Stay healthy, Happy Stitchin’, and God Bless!

  1. gorgeous work and I have a question: did your great niece choose those colours herself? because, if she did, she has great taste!

  2. There is nothing more satisfying about quilting than seeing a happy smile when someone receives a quilt you made. It’s a lovely quilt. Your great niece is doing a good job modeling it. The person who bartered for your pillow shams and pillow was very lucky to receive them, as were you to receive that beautiful wreath. I love the grey/green “succulent” leaves. The white edges make them look real.

  3. Love seeing your accomplishments! Your great niece will always remember you made her the most beautiful quilt. You will be noted, ‘the best great-aunt in the world!’ You really got a lot done. Colors are great.
