Yep! You read that right. I finished this in April. And drafted a blog post about in May! I kept telling myself , I’ll finish the post “tomorrow”.
Well, tonight is finally “tomorrow”!
Behold, my Christmassy Disappearing 9-Patch. Made w/a bunch of Laurel Burch and my favorite color, Red!
I quilted it on a friend’s long arm. This long arm business is harder than it looks. A long arm is definitely on my “Hopefully Someday” list.
I used a pantograph for the first time. One called Tortoiseshell.
And I finished it w/my favorite faux piped binding.

Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim His greatness. Let the whole world know what He has done. – Ps 105:1 NLT
Very nice!
Beautiful quilt and quilting. Worth the wait. 🙂
Beautiful…does your friend do quilting for others? If so how much?
What fun!!!
I hope you had fun with the long arm. I’ve never tried a disappearing nine-patch.
