And not only a new look, a totally new platform. I moved from Blogger to WordPress. After setting up my new site and drafting a few posts, I am impressed w/WordPress.

And guess what else? I got my very first, new-to-me, iPad mini!

To be honest w/you, I’ve always said how iPhone is overrated, and how I’d never buy Apple products. BUT, when I came across a great deal on this iPad mini, I decided it was time to give the iOS platform a try.  Thanks Shantay!

I have to admit, it’s pretty sweet and now I’m planning on upgrading to an iPhone in the not-so-distant future.

Considering the convenience of being able to blog from my bed or wherever I happen to be, the learnability/usability of WordPress, and what  I’ve learned from my friend Katy of katyquilts.net, that it’s ok for a blog post to be short and sweet, there’s a good chance you may be seeing posts from me more often.
